01 · Acknowledgment of Risk

The participant acknowledges that the high-performance activities offered at the event, including but not limited to:

* Ice bath (cold water immersion)

* Sauna / extreme heat

* High-intensity cycling

* Functional training / HIIT

* High-effort physical activities

involve significant risks, including:

* Hypothermia or heat stroke

* Dehydration

* Dizziness, loss of consciousness, or fainting

* Muscle or joint injuries

* Cardiovascular alterations

02 · Health Declaration

I declare that:

* I am in adequate physical condition to participate

* I do not suffer from illnesses or medical conditions that could worsen (cardiovascular, respiratory, neurological, etc.)

* I am not under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or medications that affect my physical capacity

In case of doubt, I understand that I should have consulted a doctor beforehand.

03 · Voluntary Participation

* I confirm that my participation is entirely voluntary

* I understand that I can withdraw at any time

* I commit to respecting my physical limits

04 · Release of Liability

Through this document, I release from all liability:

* UNOUNO and its organizers

* Coaches, instructors, and staff

* Sponsors and partners

* Service providers

for any injury, physical damage, health impairment, or incident derived from my participation in these activities.

05 · Personal Responsibility

I commit to:

* Following all staff instructions

* Properly using facilities and equipment

* Stopping immediately if I experience discomfort

I understand that the omission of these instructions increases the risk and is my responsibility.

06 · Medical Attention

* I authorize the organization to provide me with first aid if necessary

* I authorize referral to external medical services if applicable

* I assume any resulting medical expenses

07 · Acceptance

By signing or accepting this document, I confirm that:

* I have read and understood the risks

* I agree to participate under my own responsibility

* I release the organization from any future claims

01 · Refund Policy

* All tickets are NON-REFUNDABLE.

* The purchase of a ticket is final and no refunds apply under any circumstances, including:

* Non-attendance

* Late arrival

* Personal preferences regarding activities or weather

* Tickets are transferable free of charge up to 24 hours before the event.

* In case of total cancellation due to force majeure (extreme weather, health contingencies, authority regulations, or situations beyond the organization's control), the following may occur:

* Reschedule the event, or

* Grant credit for future editions, or

* Issue a partial refund at the organization's discretion

02 · Event Changes

* The organization reserves the right to:

* Modify schedules, activities, or experiences

* Substitute coaches, instructors, or speakers

* Adjust the event layout or distribution

These changes do not constitute grounds for a refund.

03 · Access and Operation

* Access is exclusive to ticket holders with a valid QR.

* A wristband will be issued at the entrance, which will be mandatory throughout the event.

* The wristband:

* Is personal and non-transferable once placed

* Allows exit and re-entry only if it remains intact

* Maximum event capacity: 1,200 attendees.

* The ticket can be presented in digital or printed format.

* The event kit is delivered at the time of registration.

No replacement for loss or damage.

04 · Activities and Add-ons

* Some activities require prior registration or additional purchase (add-ons).

* Access to these experiences is subject to availability and limited capacity.

* The purchase of an add-on does not guarantee access if the attendee arrives late for the activity.

05 · Responsibility, Health, and Physical Risk

* The attendee acknowledges that the event's activities (including but not limited to: functional training, yoga, Pilates, cycling, high-performance activities, ice bath, sauna, or other wellness experiences) involve inherent risks, including:

* Muscle injuries

* Dehydration

* Dizziness or physical discomfort

* Accidents

* By participating, the attendee declares:

* That they are in adequate physical and health conditions

* That they participate under their own responsibility

* That, in case of having any medical condition, they have previously consulted with a professional

* The attendee releases the organization, its partners, collaborators, coaches, instructors, sponsors, and suppliers from all liability for any injury, physical damage, or health impairment derived from their participation in the event.

* The organization will not be responsible for:

* Improper use of facilities or equipment

* Physical overexertion

* Pre-existing medical conditions

* Lack of hydration or nutrition

06 · Individual Responsibility during Activities

* Each attendee is responsible for:

* Listening to their body and respecting their limits

* Following staff instructions

* Properly using equipment

* The organization reserves the right to restrict participation in any activity to individuals it deems at risk.

07 · Medical Attention and Emergencies

* The event will have basic first aid services.

* In case of emergency, the attendee authorizes the organization to arrange medical attention.

* Any medical expenses will be the responsibility of the attendee.

08 · Personal Belongings

* The organization is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items during the event.

09 · Conduct and Safety

* Failure to comply with event rules or conduct that puts other attendees at risk may result in:

* Immediate removal from the event

* Without right to refund

10 · Use of Image

* By attending the event, the participant authorizes the use of their image in photographs and videos for promotional, advertising, and dissemination purposes in digital and physical media.

11 · Acceptance of Terms

* By purchasing a ticket, the attendee confirms that:

* They have read and accept these terms and conditions

* They understand the risks associated with participation in physical activities

* They assume full responsibility for their participation
